Absolutely awful freshness standards with a staple of the company menu and the cheapest thing to get right reflects poorly on the whole thing. There are also no prices or details anywhere other than on the website. In person it’s a guessing game with someone that is working a register without any information either. Frustration is palpable.”
“We stopped in after a baseball game in Waxahachie to feed our hungry ball player and family. We were sat some what quickly but never greeted by a waiter. After 15 minutes, I approached the hostess who sat us. She assured me that she would send a server over. I requested a manager as well. We then had both a waiter and a manager visit the table. Both were amazing! Food was great and quick. We will definitely come back.”

All the staff appeared to be teenagers, which may explain why it took them a while to decide who would escort us to our table even though the restaurant was almost empty.
