How the risk score is built.

A bar whose underlying LLC or corporation has lost good standing in the state business registry is a strong audit and closure-risk signal — the entity that legally holds the permit is no longer recognized. Operators with federal court history (FLSA wage-and-hour suits, bankruptcy filings, ADA Title III accessibility cases, or open litigation) carry additional risk, with bankruptcy weighted heaviest.
