“I paid $127 because I booked just a few days ahead. For the price I paid, I feel rubbed. Check-in was fast and the front desk was nice. There’s microwave in the room, which is a nice surprise. Location is probably the best thing about this hotel. It’s tucked away from I45 so it’s pretty quiet here. There’s a back road to get out so you don’t have to deal with I45 frontage road terrible traffic. And that’s...”
“Just spent 2 weeks there. Stayed in a suite w/ kitchen and a separate bedroom. The room, as well as the hotel were very nice and clean. The staff were amazing and the location is great. It’s off the noisy I-45 , which is an absolute plus if you need peace and quiet. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. They also have a very nice outdoor lounging area. I felt it had easy access to the freeway and if...”
“I stayed in a King Suite, and the room was amazing .The only downside is the distance from Houston, but aside from the location, everything else was excellent. The hotel was quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had no issues with noise at all. The staff did a great job and were very attentive. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.”

Room was not very clean with a tube of used chapstick on the sofa, rocks/crumbs in the shower. Informed the front desk and they said they “don’t have bugs.” Location is nice. I have stayed at many Hyatt houses but...”
“I will start by saying the customer service here was superb! My check-in was quick and pleasant. My only downside for this property is that only one elevator was working and it was quite busy. Also, the bathroom in the standard room is quite small.”
