“Jenny changed for my family one bed to 2, compliment 2 bottles of water and 2 cookies when arrived. Hector was attentive and courteous and helpful for check-in. Bathtub clogged and was clear pretty quick late at night. Can get late check out at 12 noon at no cost. Other front desk associates were also helpful. Facility was great to stay, 3 elevators to go up and down fast.”
“Whole team was great, room was clean and comfy. Val at front desk was sweet! And so was the girl working on sunday night 3/1 — cant remember her name but she was very nice too”

At breakfast, the staff member couldn’t speak English, and when I asked if there was a made-to-order menu,...”
“Not worth the money. Stayed there last night, 2 rooms, gym locked unless you paid for it, breakfast was $43 for 2 people!! Rooms weren't ready at time of checkin, when we did get to go in they were nasty; piss still on toilet seat, mildew in shower and smell in room, hair on floor, & no laundry bags. Go to Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn express. At least their breakfast and gym is free.”

When you look up, you’ll see all the white spots in the ceiling, which can produce a lot of mold. When we got into our room, all of our vents and mold, AC did not work, Bed was super uncomfortable, Stains on the furniture and rug. There’s very minimal light in the room. We...”
