Observations and corrective actions 19 Observed that the “Sanitize” compartment of the three-compartment sink had a minor leak in the plumbing underneath. Ensure that a maintenance order is placed to have the leak repaired/ sealed before the next owner takes over. Ensure that all kitchen and bathroom plumbing are free of leaks and in good repair. Ensure the following: 5-205.15(A) A plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Plumbing Code. Correct By: 06/28/2024 Correct by 06/28/2024 29 Observed that the white refrigerators were missing physical thermometers inside of them. Observed that the bottled beer cold hold was also missing a thermometer. Ensure all cold holds, coolers, refrigerators, mini fridges, freezers, and walk-in coolers have a thermometer that is calibrated, accurate, easily accessible, easily readable, durable, and in good repair. The thermometer MUST be placed in the warmest part of the cooler so that food handlers can check if the cold hold is not working correctly (keeping the food temperatures at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit (F), and 32 F for freezers). Ensure the following: 4-204.112(A) Mechanically refrigerated or hot food storage unit, temperature measuring device located at warmest part. Correct By: 07/05/2024 Correct by 07/05/2024 29 Observed that the establishment did NOT have testing strips for the sanitizer tablets that they use to sanitize the cups and utensils. Ensure that the three-compartment sink is always stocked with testing strips so that the staff can check if the sanitizer concentrations are within acceptable parameters (50 to 100 Parts Per Million (PPM) for Bleach/ Chlorine sanitizers, and 200 to 400 PPM for Quaternary Ammonium sanitizers). The testing strips MUST NOT be expired. Ensure the following: 4-302.14 Sanitizing solutions, testing devices. Correct By: 07/05/2024 Correct by 07/05/2024 34 Observed that the front double door entrance had a gap in the middle of the door frame. Ensure that a maintenance order is placed to have weather-stripping or some sort of item to block out the daylight that peers through the middle. Ensure that all exits and entrances are self-closing and tight-fitting (no daylight should be shining through the doorframes) to minimize the points of entry for pests. The establishment may use foam strips to block out the sunlight that peers through, or they may use weather-stripping. Ensure the following: 6-202.15(A) Outer openings, protected. Correct By: 09/23/2024 Correct by 09/23/2024 Inspector remarks * REMARKS * Ensure that all spray bottles and containers filled with chemicals or pesticides are labeled on the outside with the name of the chemical. Staff may use a dry-erase marker or a sticker label to indicate which chemical is inside. Ensure that the label is rewritten/ replaced once it becomes too faded or scratched out (unreadable). Ensure that any equipment or facilities made from raw wood are either sealed or painted to prevent the wood from rotting when it gets exposed to water (prevents bacteria from growing when the wood begins to rot). Ensure that the beer storage/ dry storage room has more lighting so that staff may properly find the items they are looking for. Inspector: Marco Ramirez · Corrected on site: 0 · Repeat violations: 0

Scoring: 90+ excellent · 80–89 needs improvement · under 80 failing. A low score will typically trigger a re-inspection within 10–30 days — that’s why some venues have multiple inspections close together. Matched to this venue by trade name and ZIP; if this is the wrong establishment, the city’s record may use a different business name.
