“This hotel, located in Uptown Dallas, provides safe accommodations in a clean and relaxing environment. Rooms are comfortable and in good condition, with all the amenities you would expect from this class of hotel. But this hotel in under renovation, with limited service, and, unfortunately we stayed here during a 3 day blizzard weekend where the majority of business were closed; such combination made our stay...”

Excellent rooms, breakfast, and staff, Britney, Paris, and Journey especially made our stay extra special. All around wonderful experience both times. Will definitely be back!”

The customer service agent, Paris was so kind, helpful and quick to respond I cannot wait to come back! Thank you! Highly recommend!”

It was so loud to the point of rattling and vibrating the whole room and bed all night long. The water was also turned off the morning I left and a notice would have been nice. It put a damper on the remainder of my trip. There is only valet...”
