“The room was nice , there was a weird smell which made it hard for me to breathe sometimes . The room appeared clean a lot of hair on the floor. Toilet wasn’t that clean, but I always sanitize with Clorox before using a hotel room. My stay was good except at the restaurant downstairs and Starbucks . The off taste nothing like Starbucks a waste of money when you can walk less then a mile to a real Starbucks . The...”
“Front desk, Emily, was wonderful! VERY helpful. We checked in and needed to change our room to an upper floor due to noise and bad view. She was incredible nice and accommodating. We were able to move to the 6th floor with a clearer view of the beach. Room was clean, floor tile in the bathroom had cracks in the grout which caused water to seep in and 'squish' so, that may become a mold issue quick. I do wish...”
“We went to Galveston for my husband’s birthday and booked a room on the top floor which was premium. When we got to our room we realized that one of the black out blinds was missing. We talked to the front desk in person and were told they would call maintenance to fix it. Maintenance did not have any blinds to fix the problem. The manager did not offer a solution to this problem. It seems like they could have...”
“Seems pretty weathered. Pool area extremely noisy right next to highway and restaurant parking lot with plenty of muscle cars and bikes revving engines. Then the add pop music over some old distorted speakers. Speaking of parking...$20+ per night. Oh brother. Checked in went to room washed hands and sink drain plugged. Then turned on TV to check some scores to find no live channels. Crumbs in corners and...”
“We try to stay here every chance we get. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have great mirror lighting. The pool and swim up bar are where you often find us. Plenty of pool loungers and you can see the ocean as you’re laying out. Located right next to Landry’s seafood which is exceptional as well. Highly recommend for your stay in Galveston.”
