The permit, license status, owner, and compliance details on this page are still accurate — only the monthly receipts chart isn't applicable here.

“Clean and modern hotel in a great location. Loved the decor. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are large and have a big walk in shower. You can login to all your streaming services and there is a nice desk area as well as a comfy pull out trundle sofa. Free breakfast was also good and had a lot of variety. Would definitely stay here again. Easy access to the freeway with lots of well lit parking....”
“As a person that hates not sleeping in their own bed, this stay was very comfortable. The floor was clean, and the bed and couch were both extremely relaxing. 😌 Fluffy pillows and the sheets and blanket weren’t too bad either.”
“This might be the new design for SpringHill. The room had a modern feel, which I appreciated. However, the placement of the bathroom door—right at the edge of the bed—could be disruptive to a partner trying to rest. I really liked the work desk area; it was functional and well laid out. Breakfast was good, but the pool was too cold for comfort.”
“Summary: Clean rooms, friendly staff, recommended. Pros: Good location with food / activity nearby. Fitness Center was adequate. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Immaterial Cons: Bathroom sliding door latch didn't work and push-every-2-hour fridges were an annoyance.”
“Overall a great value. Breakfast buffet was fresh and hot. Coffee is mellow. Bed was a little firm for a side sleeper, but still comfortable. Would pick again.”
