“We tried this location on our way home from Colorado and we were not disappointed at all. From the amazing desk staff to the gentleman working the Bistro last night and the wonderful Bistro woman this morning, we were impressed. Our room was large and clean. We had a lovely overnight and slept well. What more can you ask for on an overnight stay?”

Thermostat world not cool correctly. Also, the check in lady was very inconvenienced to check me in for my stay. Minimal lighting. So disappointed.”

“Wow!!! Damien behind the bar/food area. Curious if he’s ever heard of customer service? We got in around 7:45 pm. Excited because in flagstaff the courtyard is amazing and so accommodating to everyone. Starbucks machine says out of service, mind you, in flagstaff the women at the front desk offer to make you coffee. Silly me thinking it’d be the same here. I asked if they have coffee. Was told it’s cold. Um ok....”
