“It's a great room.... for a Days Inn, but I paid 190, Diamond member. Was told I was getting an upgrade in rooms to a double queen deluxe. Not really sure what is deluxe about it. The view was trash.I'd have rather stayed in the original room which at least overlooked the courtyard. Toilet "kind of" flushed, after the 3rd attempt, though, after holding the handle down until it went down, half the paper came...”
“Had an extended stay at this hotel. Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms felt musty most of the time. Nice outdoor space. Laundry is paid electronically (so nice) - only two sets of machines though which is a little inconvenient. Can't rave about the staff enough.”
“Hotel close to airport. Upon entry needed to use the restroom. Got water did not work in sinks. Toilets were pulling away from walls. We were early for checking and needed to wait 3 hours to get card key for our room. The room is outdated with higher gallonage poor performance toilet. During the night a nearby smoke detector went off and i called the front desk. I went back to sleep until i heard a knock on our...”
“Stayed here 1 night & the hotel front desk staff at check in were nice. Woke up at 4AM & found my truck broken into. Thieves took our luggage for our flight to NYC. Front desk staff at that hour were no help. When security personnel/lady was called, she looked like she just woke up. She was absolutely no help at all. Saw her laughing as we walked out. I won’t be staying here again. Accidents happen, but...”
“Michael was the highlight of my hotel stay. He took the time to find a mail package for me that was tricky to find, always greeted me with a smile and a hello, and helped me book a room for the rest of my family. Breakfast was also a huge selection and the other workers were kind and energetic, many dressed up for Valentine’s day which I loved!”
