“Hotel is nice. Food at Latitude 29° was pretty good. Server Rachel in the M-lounge was sweet and helpful. Requests for her attention was in high demand but she took time to answer all of my questions regarding the menu. Made the choice to order the turkey burger with no regrets. Brioche bun and Arugula complimented the flavors perfectly 👌🏼”
“We stayed overnight and got a great deal for a room and breakfast. Parking is included. The entrance driveway can be a bit tricky to pull in to without passing it up. The whole establishment was beautiful and serene. Our room was perfect for our needs and had really cool features; including lighting and bathing. The elevator is great with the open windows showing the whole common area. Our family felt very safe...”
“Rooms, and service were impeccable. Rachel in the M-Lounge is very sweet and makes sure her guests are comfortable. Works very hard to keep the lounge, a great experience for everyone, and you can see the pride she takes in it. The location is a bit sudden as it is kind of blocked because of the discount tires, but that’s my only critique. Great place, great food, great hospitality.”

The staff made the stay great; Rachel in the M Lounge welcomed each guest and made every effort to make them feel welcomed, and Derrick behind the main bar is a master at juggle rushes without anyone feeling overlooked. Super impressed with each interaction! Looking forward to my next stay, and hoping that the next chat with Rachel is...”
“I visited the hotel for an HBCU college fair. The grounds were nice and well kept. The ballroom was set up very well. The staff was warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend holding events here.”
