“Spent three days there in Austin. I was “upgraded” to a corner room. No hot water. I was at a conference and was too tired to repackage my stuff and move. Really was a downer after looking forward to warmer temps in Texas. When I checked out I let the front desk know. No apologies, just a “we will have maintenance look at it…” I am a Bonvoy member and expect better at this price… The elevators were good, at least.”
“Went to Zanzibar to visit some friends and ended up really enjoying the place. It’s got a great atmosphere. The drinks were solid, which is always a plus.
