“My check in experience was fantastic!!!! Jakory made me feel happy with my choice to stay at the Renaissance. Him and Destiny helped me with a few things and were very friendly and responsive. The hotel is beautiful. The common areas are very nice. The room is nice and the bed was super comfortable. I look forward to coming back after their remodel this year. The restaurant for both dinner and breakfast had great...”
“As someone that used to work in the hotel industry, I’m very forgiving and it’s hard for me to give a bad review, however ownership needs to put some serious investment into the building. Everything is so outdated. The phones in the hotel don’t even work and just give a busy signal. Apparently you’re supposed to press 0, but how would anyone know that? The WiFi didn’t work. My AC wasn’t cooling and wanted to give...”

We requested rooms next to each other in advance to which the front desk said that it won’t be a problem as hotel is not booked too much. When we arrive the rooms were not next to each other but not too far. When I entered my room, it was not clean with used towels on bathroom sink, food in the fridge and beds not made. Front desk changed the...”
“Feels out dated. Service is ok but something missing. Soul. The elevator is dangerous. The gym was ok, old school but free apples and water. The room was spacious 70s luxurious but the bath tub didn’t feel clean. They had some nice products. Overall I didn’t love this it felt like a luxurious knock. For the price something better exist. Also the area was not very liveable.”
“My stay was great, the staff was nice and very welcoming. We had some issues with our ac and Edwin came to the rescue, he was so quick we were stunned. Great time, wil come back! 👍🏻”
