It's a gaming (gambling) room that allows smoking (very smoky) and I guess due to the laws around the machines they don't sell alcohol but they will give you some in exchange for however much paper you think it's worth. Bit of an oddity but it was interesting for a drink and nobody paid us very out of place people any mind!”
