“The portions here are extremely small. The protein portion is smaller than the rice and beans.”
“My girlfriend placed an order for pick up at this location. In her steak bowl she asked for sour cream and guacamole. As God is my witness, this bowl consisted of mostly guacamole, sour cream, and onions. The rest of the ingredients were the most sarcastic, minuscule amount. I would even say that the amount of sour cream and guacamole on this stupid bowl was some attempt at playing a joke. She had to scrape off...”
“How is it 7 PM and you’re fresh out of vinaigrette dressing yet again? This location needs attention. Extremely small portions and let’s not discuss knowingly handing me sour cream that is dripping down the side of the container by not one, but two employees. Actually, change my 1 star to zero stars. This isn’t my first poor experience here but it is my last.”
“No one in the service line had a clue about the protein menu. This includes the cashier who charged us $2.75/ea for guacamole that was included in the protein bowl. $42 for 2 bowls + drinks? LOL I contacted customer service, sent them the receipt and told them I want $5.50+tax back. That was 5 days ago. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.”
“These employees hate their jobs, and it’s unfortunate. Do not serve burnt food, ever. You knew it was burnt and didn’t do the right thing. You know if someone served your family this, it would be an issue. To make matters worse, I got my food to go. I didn’t even know until I got home. Hire new employees!!”
