I can't tell you much about the cost of the event space, but it's a very beautiful venue with lots of parking so you won't have any issues. (They also had valet service!) The outdoor style club has a wonderful pool, beautiful landscaping, tennis courts, and many other amenities that will keep the entire family happy.
